I need carpenter to do outside work on my house in preparation for painting. Siding, trim etc. In your response - please provide a little detail - these type of gigs generate 100s of replies with no details that tell me you are the one. What I want is someone reliable, fair price and quality. What does that mean - I don't want it for free - but I am not going to get ripped off. I want it done right and want you to finish. Pretty simple :) I am also looking for someone that I can provide work with on a consistent basis - bath renovation, deck, siding, windows, floors.... Looking for someone that wants some flexibility. Most projects are not a rush.. more like.. do them when you want. I can keep you busy for awhile.
