They must be able to manage their time effectively and be a problem solver. Dependability and ability to work individually with minimal supervision or on a team is a must. They must be able to work at heights up to 150’ and support the lead installer. Possess the communication skills to speak professionally with onsite General Managers. They must have the ability to problem solve and have quick thinking skills. This person must work well with their hands and can use power tools. Electrical knowledge is a plus!! A few qualifications this integral person must possess are: 1) CAN NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS! This position works 10 - 150’ from a lift truck. 2) Must be able to read a measuring tape! You will be tested. 3) Provide support to lead installers on install sites and work under pressure at extreme heights. 4) Work with Shipping and Receiving agent and prepping morning trucks with all materials necessary to complete the day's jobs without detour. 5) Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 75lbs with the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. 6) The ability to prioritize and multitask at a high volume of work. 7) Superb professional communication and organizational skills. A day in the life of the Sign Install Helper would be: 1) Install signs on to various surfaces. 2) Support the lead installers by anticipating next steps in installation process. 3) Ability to work in outside elements. 4) Comply with OSHA requirements to maintain safe work practices. Requirements 1) Required to work at heights of 10-150’ from a lift truck 2) Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 75lbs 3) Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time 4) Must be on time and dependable and have a valid Driver’s License. 5) Strong work ethic. 6) Basic math skills. 7) Problem-solving skills and quick thinking. 8) Must be good with your hands and able to use power tools. 9) Demonstrate good communication skills.
