We’re hiring a field ambassador to join OneRoof, an NYC-based social network in apartment buildings that transforms the awkward eye contact in the elevator into a fun and resourceful neighbor community! We’re looking for a candidate who will distribute neighbor invitations (in the form of door hangers, posters, or flyers) in NYC high-rise residential buildings that already have a neighbor community in OneRoof, to get more neighbors to sign up. The pay is salary + commission-based. We’ll pay $15/hr + $1 per neighbor sign-up. On average, a building has 280 units, and these invites get 20% of the neighbors to sign up, so that would be an average of $56 per building. Our cap on commissions for July is $10,000. The pay will really depend on your performance!
