CALco Pallets is seeking a groundskeeper for their established and growing pallet manufacturing plant in Richmond, IL. Groundskeeping experience is preferred, but not necessary. Forklift experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Job duties include:  Lawn and yard maintenance, sweeping and general clean up, gutter cleaning, emptying garbage dumpsters, snow shoveling and salting, light building maintenance, and other tasks as assigned. 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Benefits: Health (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental, vision, accident & life insurance, 401k with employer match and paid holidays and vacation days.
