GIG WORK WITH RELIABLE WORK. I am looking for a new field survey rep for Lewis/ Cowlitz County. We complete mortgage inspections for various lenders. This is NOT a home inspector. You need only an iPhone, a reliable car, internet and a printer. You must be able to pass a background check too please. We are considered essential in this industry. You are paid per on time report submitted directly from your iPhone. We have a mobile app(s) that you install, you receive the work from inside the app, you complete the onsite inspection and you fill our a questionnaire and you submit it. a sample of the pics required on an occupied home, is neighborhood, street sign, front of house, right side, and left side, the house number, and 2-3 occupancy indicators. You then fill out the answers such as what color the house is, if you believe it to be occupied or vacant. if the neighborhood is stable, if you see any damages. etc. Strick adherence to the due dates will make you successful. We do not expect you to be trained, but if you have your Aspengrove number that is a bonus. Otherwise we will apply for one for you. REMEMBER!
