The Papermill Art Studios are located in a 5 story warehouse with exposed bricks and beams with lots of large windows and a peaceful place to work. Our lease terms are 6 month with first last and security due at signing. Utilities and wifi. We are strictly artists only and unfortunately no musicians as we are not sound proof.
