I get that Craigslist isn't exactly the greatest place to look for musicians, but you sort of contradict yourself in the first paragraph of your ad, by proclaiming yourself as one of Denver's better drummers, and then going on to talk about how arrogant Denver Musicians have become since 10-15 years ago. I probably look just as dumb as you do by even giving a post like this a response, but your claims about Denver's music scene come from a pretty limited perspective. If you look past the bars, wooks, and assholes; you'll be faced with a staggeringly diverse, creative, and talented scene that isn't regurgitating the same sounds and ideas we've been suffering through for God knows how long.
