- I need help with some smaller jobs. Looking to pay $180 for a full day of work (9am-5pm {flecixble}). Painting, refurbishing floors, changing electric fixtures, possible masonry. up to a week of work. Also looking for someone in the long term for future projects (rehabs) most likely going to start in the fall
