A silver tan and black terrier mix that does not answer to his name Wiley or does not answer to any come commands. 6 year old dog escaped from my care thru my yard fence in my flower garden. He has a blue collar and tag on with a chip it has no phone number on it. It has to be scanned. I have searched for him 7 blocks deep from my house and cannot find him.
