We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Production Worker for a Powder Coating company out in the Waukesha, WI area to start as soon as possible. Job details Starting Pay - $16.50 or more *depending on experience* Full-time Monday – Friday 7AM – 3:30PM • Occasional Overtime • Must be flexible Full Job Description Immediate position available for Sandblasting/ Powder-Coat Technician • Preparing and hanging parts as needed. • General miscellaneous production work. • Set up and operate machines to sandblast and powder coat steel products. • Loads and unloads parts, secures parts, and moves parts down the paint line. • Inspects parts for quality and informs supervisor of any problems. • Complies with safety procedures, promotes workplace safety. • Other duties as assigned. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to odor, noise, dust, heat from oven, cold, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The temperature in the work environment is not regulated. Some criteria to consider prior to applying for a position. • Must be able to pass drug test if needed. • Knowledge of powder coating process – work experience preferred. • Must be able to meet physical demands of the job including lifting to 75lbs and standing for long periods of time. • Verifiable field experience w/ good work history a plus but not required.
