Two mini aussie/border collie mix

Two mini aussie/border collie mix. Both girls, 5.5 years old, they are fixed. They are sisters, and need to remain together as they are attached to eachother and have never been separated. I am not looking for any rehoming fees- just a good home for them. I work full time and am a single mom and do not have the time/space needed to give them the care and attention they deserve. The white/black one has dry eye issues-she was the runt of the litter and doesnt produce any tears in her eyes. (Artificial tears eye ointment twice per day). She also has mild incontinence issues- so she wears a diaper while I am at work because they sometimes go 10 hrs while I am gone during the day. She takes Proin 12.5mg twice per day. Again, they must stay together and go to a home where they can get more time/attention. They are both very sweet- and surprisingly very calm given the breed they are. Please respond with any questions. They are ok with cats, a little nervous with other dogs but no biting issues, the smaller girl just gets very freaked out about other dogs.
