Pachota Construction is looking for experienced Remodeling Contractors/Laborers to join our team. We specialize in Kitchens and Bathrooms but do have work in all facets of construction/remodeling. We need a Carpenter with Kitchen and Bathroom installation experience who can think outside of the box and who can wow our clients with their work. The ideal candidate will have their own truck and tools and be willing to travel with a 20 mile radius. We also are looking for Construction laborers that have some experience working in the remodeling field. Some of the responsibilities and duties include the following: Installation of cabinets, backsplashes and moldings according to the layout of our designer's detailed drawings. Frame rooms, as needed, for clients. Tiling of floors and walls, including the ability to lay intricate tile patterns. Follow all code requirements for Kitchens and Bathrooms in our remodeling projects. Remodeling Contractor Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry. Additional 1+ years of experience in rough carpentry preferred. General plumbing and electrical knowledge/experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw, jigsaw and tile saw. Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites. Carries General Liability Insurance. Also carries Workman's Comp Insurance if Remodeling Contractor has his own crew. Willingness to work weekends when necessary in order to deliver a project on time. Knowledge of building materials. Needs to be able to clean up daily on the job site. We expect a Customer's house/building to be kept clean like it is your own house. All Laborers will be responsible for working with contractors and carrying out a variety of physical tasks on job sites. We are looking for the right qualified individuals to join our team.
