***Hiring Event*** Cuff Cleaning Services is rapidly growing and need positions filled Janitorial Cleaning Tech Start Date: ASAP 8/22/22 Monday Work Location: Norfolk (Tidewater) Work Setting: School Facility Working Days: Monday-Friday 5 days Working Hours: 3 hours Work Clock-In Time: 4pm-7pm OR 5pm-8pm OR 6pm-9pm OR 7pm-10pm Hourly Pay: $16 Paid Weekly $250 Monthly Pay: $1,000 Work-site location is a School Facility located in Norfolk. Will specify location upon employment Please complete application online by clicking OR copying the link below: JOB DESCRIPTION * Janitorial Cleaning of a School Facility in Norfolk * To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) * To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, * The use of chemical agents as directed by the Supervising Officer in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training. * To undertake wall washing or inside window pane. * To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job. * Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Ability to work flexible hours. * Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds. * Ability to operate manual and mechanized equipment. * Full range of motion. * Ability to stand, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, reach above shoulders. * Ability to maintain continuous walking, standing, bending or stooping for extended periods of time. * Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form * Sight required to visually inspect work site. WORK ENVIRONMENT •Work is for the most part performed in an indoor climate of average daily seasonal temperatures. •This position will NOT supervise management & employees. BENEFITS Holiday Pay.
