Aloha, We are looking for a person that is experienced with painting/LVP flooring/basic electrical and plumbing/basic carpentry/sheetrock repair/siding/ladder work. Self motivated and self sufficient person where experience means that a project can/will be completed efficiently with quality and buttoned up with minimal call backs. We receive work orders, then take photos before and after jobs, log each job on a calendar with itemized hours on tasks to help with invoicing. We'll start at $30p/h for 10-25 hours a week. After the first 2 weeks assess if you want more hours. Efficiency means completing jobs below the average amount of time it would take a home owner, or within a reasonable time frame for an experienced person. You must have transportation, ability to carry tools/ladders. Our company is small, but growing. Licensed, bonded and insured. Email with your name, experience, age. We'll give you a try
