***** Carpenter *** -We are looking for a qualified Carpenters to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. Knowledge or the willingness to learn must be a quality of this candidate. Being able to accept constructive critisism and critique and have high standards of work quality. Honesty about what your qualifications and skills mastered are imperative. If not experienced or knowledgeable in some areas, we are willing to train the right candidate. -A carpenter is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential. The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting buildings and products. Carpentry experience is essential, BLH covers every aspect of building stages. ****Painting Department **** Primary Purpose: *Under general supervision, apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and structures throughout the district. Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in painting trade Prepare surfaces or logs for product application Ability to properly apply paints Knowledge of and ability to mix paint to match colors Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently Be willing to learn our process Painting Dept also helps in all other areas of company. ***General Labor***** To provide support in clean-up at construction sites and workshop. Tasks vary on a day-to-day basis. -Ability to lift heavy things -multi tasker -take direction from supervisor -self-motivated -good communication with crew -dependable -able to work in all weather conditions -motivated to learn new skills -must have own transportation, although carpooling to jobs from office is common.
