The Construction Crew Lead will be responsible for leading a team of three as well as being a point of contact for project managers. Day To Day Duties Managing residential hardscaping projects Installing irrigation, lighting, lawn, pavers, patio connections, and coordinating with landscaping teams Preparing sites for demolition and preparing for installation Managing one job at a time from start to finish Training the construction crew (team of about 3) Tracking the crews’ hours and reporting Managing change orders Monitoring supplies and ordering more when needed Working with project managers and operations managers with scheduling Qualifications 5-10 years of construction experience Experience installing landscapes Experience managing a crew Driver’s license required Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
