Ready for a small framing crew to rebuild fire damaged roof for small apartment building. Structural only, roof joists and plywood sheathing. More work possible, as interior has been gutted. Demo this week and staging. Approx. 4-6 week job. Prefer licensed, bonded, insured crew, but willing to manage a crew if needed.
