HOW about this ? 1) We confiscate as many illegal guns as possible, then we melt them down. 2) THEN we build more 'steel walls' and add those panels to the ones rotting in the SW deserts at the border 3) THEN we reopen as many of the closed 'asylums' as we can, re-admit the nutjobs, wandering our streets, and THEN use the border wall panels and enclose all of the asylums.
