Looking for a partner to help run my construction company

I have been on hiatus from work with my construction company since the covid shutdown and I now have the opportunity to receive work with practically no sales needed. A friend has too much work in the specialty area of WATER RESTORATION (mostly insurance jobs). Since this is not my specialty, I was looking to find someone who could do the proposals and help with acquiring trustworthy subcontractors. I have some guys from the past that are willing to stick with me. This work is ideal for a PM who wants the responsibilities and pay of a GC. I plan on retiring in 3 years so I would like to pass the company on to someone who I can trust. 2 years ago, gross sales were 17M. My ex used to run the company, but it is now on my shoulders; I am the RMO. Work is based out of the valley but I live downtown.
