Currently seeking New and Experienced Maintenance Techs/Janitor/Custodian throughout Fountain Valley / Orange County general region who are seeking a great new opportunity in Apartment Management. Brand new Luxury apartment will be opening soon and looking to fill multiple positions. This will be a temp – to – hire opportunity. Bilingual in SPANISH Language a PLUS! Maintenance Techs: ($20-22) Maintenance techs are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and completing maintenance requests. Must have experience with Basic plumbing, Minimal appliance repairs, Simple electrical skills. Simple locks, Detailing turnover units. Experience with Hotel, Construction welcome! Janitor/Custodian: ($17) Groundskeepers/Day Porters are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the account ( location ). This Job includes but is not limited to: General cleaning (mopping, dusting, etc.,),General sweeping, Provide basic janitorial duties including but not limited to ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick up throughout property, Maintaining curb side appeal (curbs and sidewalks included), Maintain cleanliness of Streets, Pool, Laundry Rooms and Play area, Maintain cleanliness of the area, operation rooms, lobby’s, front or back portion verandas, hallways, research facilities, parking lots, mailrooms etc. Services offered - Junk removal / Demolition clean up Luxury home disinfection Luxury home prep / clean Power washing ( interior / Exterior surfaces ) Electrical ( general ) Executive / commercial Building Disinfection Restaurant Disinfection Food truck Disinfection Research Facility Disinfection Outpatients / Clinic Disinfection & janitorial Qualified Applicants, please submit your resume (required) and contact information for an interview.
