VETERINARIAN ASSISTANT: We are looking for a veterinarian assistant to join our fun, energetic, and friendly staff at our animal hospital in Highland Park. Job descriptions include: * Able to work full-time Tuesday-Saturday * Clean cages and general cleaning * Feed and handle the animals * Prepare surgical packs * Prepare vaccines * Speak to clients in Spanish and English * Lift and hold the animals * Assist vet with various tasks Experience is NOT NECESSARY but you need to be able to speak Spanish fluently, be compassionate and gentle with pets, a team-player, be able to lift large dogs, have good people skills, quick, have a positive and friendly personality, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
