Description

His name is Frank. He is mostly black with a small white bib, no collar, s sometimes sleeps like in the picture, pretty quiet, skinny, older fella who is not super lovey may even be kinda grumpy. He has climbed into cars with open windows, stowed away for a ride on accident and then ran when the car stops again. He may or may not come when called. Any info is appreciated!
