10 September, 2022

Description

The goal of the celebration is to allow black homeowners a chance to meet and talk about the challenges of homeownership in the Central District. Please join us for an evening of facilitated discussion, food, and a private concert. CACE21 stands for Central Area Cultural Ecosystem for the 21st Century. It is a community organizing project to empower Black Central District families and Black artists to advocate for systems and policy changes around homeownership and land use for cultural spaces. We are focused on policies that impact zoning, permitting, taxation, and development financing for Black homeowners.
