Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the high standard of Anderson Investments. As a Maintenance Technician Helper, you must be hard-working, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service. - You will help conduct home/building maintenance repairs and are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. - Assist with unit turnovers including: apartment clean outs, painting, carpet removal/installs, appliance removal/installs - Help with repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed. - Demonstrate knowledge of and some general experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work - Ability to work well in seasonal temperature extremes. - Valid driver’s license - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds - General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and grounds maintenance - Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery - Ability to work well independently as well as on a team Assisting with snow and ice removal, as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
