This is not my dog. This dog is one of two deaf dogs in San Marcos and the shelter is so full a normally non kill shelter is having to resort to reducing the shelter. There are two deaf dogs and one blind dog. They have no adoption fees. We will help get them up here to save them. My daughter met them this weekend and said they are both mellow, very quiet and are good on a leash, housebroken and starting to learn hand signals. Have a heart be the world to a deaf dog.
