I am an amateur historian and metal detectorist who wants permission to search private properties for relics, coins, lost items or anything of historical value. Old homesites, fair grounds, fields or farmland etc. I will always leave the area in the condition it was before searching and fill in any small holes I dig during the search. I will dispose of any garbage that I find during the process. I will document my finds and donate anything of historical value to a local museum or historical society. I can also locate property stakes for a small fee.
