Join us on August 14th at Cascades Overlook Town Center plaza at 10 AM for 45 minutes of sweaty fun! Half the workout is Shred415 led by Shred415 instructors and the other half of the workout is led by VXN Dance Fitness instructor, Amanda! This class was so popular in-studio, that we wanted to bring it outside! The event is FREE for the community so bring your friends and family for some fun!!! Please bring a mat and water.
