Lori Beth will share with us the fascinating world her bees explore while collecting pollen and, how they make honey right here in Tulsa (Midtown) area. She will also guide us through the flavors, textures and pairings of the honey her bees produce. Okie Bee Farms has teamed up with Tulsa artist and owner of Dabakh Studios, David Boynton. David has a vast knowledge of wood and resin. He has made Charcuterie boards out of beautiful, aromatic wood that are perfect for serving Charcuterie foods and sauces on. Each guest will receive: 1 bottle of Okie Bee Farms honey-to take home, 1 personal sized Dabakh Studios Wooden Charcuterie board(to keep!)-filled with a wonderful selection of *meat, *cheese, fruit, vegetables, breads, crackers, honey& more..., 1 pint of a locally made beer-offered by The Brook Restaurant and a jar of locally grown and canned veggies from our friends and partners and AbleVeg.
