5th Annual Second Chance Luncheon
In 2002, Agnieszka Rapacz, the founder of the Second Chance Luncheon, received a lifesaving gift from her sister. A very grateful recipient of a kidney transplant and received a second chance to do things she loves: being with her family, owning a business, and compete in swimming at Donate Life Transplant Games of America as well as World Transplant Games. Agnieszka is a proud owner of over 20 medals including 10 gold.

For over 35 years the World Transplant Games Federation has been staging international sporting events and promoting education around transplantation in order to promote the physical success of transplant surgery and the need to raise public awareness and increase organ donation. Through our various initiatives we aim to highlight the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyle in the long term management and well-being of transplant recipients.
