Come and relax at The Lilly Pad studio in West Central El Paso. Learn how to meditate and achieve deep states of relaxation through the ancient healing power of sound. I use quartz crystal bowls tuned to the 7 chakras in these sessions and gently guide you through a simple meditation. Each class is improvised to meet the needs of those who participate; it's like your own personalized sound healing experience. We start on time so please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
