We all know the phrase “HEALTH IS WEALTH!” - and to encourage this, Brown People Foundation is offering a morning yoga session to the community. We’ll get started bright and early to beat the heat! Be sure to bring your own yoga mat, and have water to stay hydrated.
*There will be a 10 minute grace period, then we will begin promptly at 7:10. Late arrivals are encouraged to jump right in, being mindful of participants as you get settled.
