I, Nickole Williams aka Doll Lady Laureate - President of the Queen City D.O.L.L.Z and Founder of DVorah Colazeit Ink Inc., being a 20+ year Survivor and Domestic Violence Advocate, have noticed since Covid-19, Domestic Violence has been at an all-time peak; Children at home, Parents not working, and Bills not being paid have taken a toll on many families and unfortunately resulting in death and innocent victims. Our Queen City D.O.L.L.Z at E.D.O.F's Doll House Chapter, in Charlotte, N.C. brings to you BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, Our 2nd Annual Purple & Pearls, This years Subtitle "QuintEssence " on Oct. 15, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 1000 Anderson Street, at which time, we will have Savvy Speakers, Tearful Testimonies from Survivors to Bittersweet Moments from Life Coaches; Powerful Performers, Food, Music, Networking, following a Domestic Violence Vigil for Lives Loss, While bringing awareness and a solution to this DISEASE. We will be collecting a minimum of $5 worth of female personal hygiene items at the door and we will be posting on Social Media Popups Drop-off Locations for such items. Our Goal is to Donate these items to Safe Alliance and/or Women Shelters in our area. Please note that During this Event We will adhere to all COVID-19 Guidelines as per N.C. State Laws.
