My sister Aide suffers from Schizophrenia and was living at Valley Vista Nursing & Transitional Care at 6120 Vineland Ave, in North Hollywood. The office personnel alleged; my sister was coherent enough to sign herself out on JUNE 21, 2022. However, no staff member can say what my sister was wearing when she left, and no one claims to have seen her actually leave. The facility waited one day to contact her daughter-in-law of my sister's departure.
The facility allowed my sister to leave in a wheelchair because she was unable to walk with no medication, no cell phone, and some money. As of this date, my sister is still MISSING, and she has not call anyone in our family. Valley Vista is not answering any calls or emails to assist our family find my sister.
Her son filed a MISSING PERSON report with the West Covina Police Department where he lives. I wrote the West Covina and North Hollywood Police departments with additional information in hopes they will assist us in finding my sister.
I've been in the general area talking with people and putting up posters with her picture. My sister AIDE GUERRERO is 63 years old, 5'6" about 150 lbs, brown eyes and long gray hair.
One of her first jobs in high school was helping in a youth center after school. She loved kids and they felt comfortable around her. Shortly after high school she was diagnosed with Schizophrenia, and it's been difficult for our family to see her suffer so much.
Despite her illness, we love her and desperately want to find her and bring her home safe! If you think you may have seen her or know where we can find her....PLEASE contact me immediately!
Thank you and God Bless You!
