We are looking for individuals who are good at repairing various issues related to home repairs. electrical plumbing sheetrock paint flooring and HVAC etc. Must have transportation and tools a good work ethic and be able to communicate with tenants when arriving at the property. You would be receiving work orders to repair issues reported by tenants at tenant-occupied properties throughout Charleston Summerville and surrounding areas. Work your own hours you will not be supervised and will be paid per job with the opportunity to make up to $1000 or more a day depending on repairs that are needed.
