Matured under the Tel Avivi’n sun.Filey Bay Flagship - Distilled using 100% homegrown barley at the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, this expression shows off oodles of bourbon-cask characteristics, with honey, vanilla, and stone fruit notes standing out on the palate.GlenAllachie 12 - bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour. On the nose, layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates on the palate.GlenAllachie 15 - bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour.
