13 week old beagle

I have a female 13 week old AKC I have her papers beagle puppy. We are in apartments and we was told she didn’t bark or howl at all we checked before buying before some say we didn’t. I’ve had beagle before but each dog is different and she doesn’t fit in with our family and we live in a huge apartment but people are complaining jo matter how much we try to train her or tell her no ect. They have threatened to kick us out if she is not rehomed. I paid $800 for her and that what I’m asking as she is still a very small puppy. Thank you!
