free health club for senior males in Folsom??? Another senior male told me about a free health club membership for seniors in their 70's. I am a senior male in my early 70's and would love to meet at a health club with other seniors for free. Currently I am paying for a membership in Folsom. We could even hike the trail on Parkshore Drive and go back to the health club and sit in a sauna or steam bath in a health club. Please contact me if you know anything about a free health club for senior men. Or, contact me if you are another senior male about any health club memberships with a steam room or sauna for just relaxing after a workout and could show me the equipment.
