Hi my family and i have recieved a typed up paper saying we need to be out in 60 days. Its not a court order, (i can send picture of it, she forgot my husbands name on it which his name.is on lease and she didnt give a reason as to why we have to leave). We got this paper last month and we have been trying to save amd find a home to rent but our savings keeps going towards application fees and we still are paying currebt bills, car payments at this rate were looking at probably having to go to a hotel to live. Im just scared, my toddler son is AUTISTIC and he recieves ABA therapy and speech therapy everyday in the home, its beneficially important for his autism. His therapists cant do it in a hotel.....idk why they just said it wouldnt be ideal. Idk what to do, ive googled my rights and i just get confused. From what ive gathered i think i technically don't have to bw out by the 60 days since its not court ordered, if i want to try and fight her in court.....i can. But im.also confused as to if I try to fight her in court and for some reason I lose I will tell you then have an eviction on my record and it'll be even harder to find a place to rent. Any advice any help would be very very beneficial and grateful I can try to pay for help but this woman I'm just looking for any volunteers I can give me any advice or help me or know any lawyers pro bono please thank YOU!
