Pipe vent needs cover

I placed two vent covers on my roof this weekend. I was able to tighten one of the two, but the second was too close to the edge for my comfort. I need someone to come by, get on the roof, and tighten the vent. You'll need a ladder to access the roof as well as a Philips head driver to tighten the vent.
