We are looking for a full-time apartment maintenance technician to work Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm).
Primary duties include completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Complete make-ready process of vacant apartment turns, preventative maintenance.
Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle is required to drive between work sites.
Must pass background check after acceptance of job offer.
General plumbing, carpentry skills & electrical skills.
Must have basic tool set.
Safely operate power and hand tools.
Able to meet physical requirements.
Strong customer skills.
Maintain a professional presence while on company time.
Ability to work independently or in group setting.
Attention to detail.
Willing to ask questions and have a positive attitude.
Experience in building maintenance.
Good references.
This job requires the following physical requirements:
Occasional Exertion of 50 pounds of force.
