Lost cat

South Upton Ave near Thomas Ave South, Minneapolis MN

Orange cat, about 2 yrs old. Last seen was wearing a harness (yellow highlighter color). Lost on 8-6 at about 3pm. Friendly but skiddish, will take someone special for him to just walk up. I was walking him by the beach area, a guy carrying a canoe down the path completely freaked him and he flipped, twisted and pulled frantically until his leash let loose. I'm concerned he'll get his harness caught on something. He went into the thick brush near the porta potty, bout halfway between there and the trail. If spotted please contact me. . My name is Leon.
