Commercial Construction Helpers Location: Denver, CO Job Type: Full-time - Direct Hire and Long Term Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Depending on Experience What do we do? We are the leaders in the industry serving water, mold, and large loss fire restoration in residential and commercial sites. We quickly respond to property damage emergencies ranging from small to large and help those individual businesses and homes. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project - Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment - Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.) - Set up staging area and equipment for each project - Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites looking clean and orderly QUALIFICATIONS: - A valid driver’s license is REQUIRED (Our Technicians are responsible for driving our work trucks to job sites) - Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services - Some night and weekend work is required - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Benefits: - Paid Over Time + On-Call Bonuses. - Get Paid IICRC Training & Certification after the probationary period - Weekly Pay Schedule - PTO & Sick Pay - Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance - Company Vehicle Provided During Working Hours ***Call Today to set up an interview and start ASAP!*** -Che- 720-295-4493
