We are looking for well-rounded Lead Carpenters to perform punch lists, restoration, and remodeling on commercial and residential sites. Working with little supervision while implementing all health and safety standards is essential. We provide the company vehicle so you don't have to spend your gas driving around. Responsibilities: - Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp the requirements - Installation of cabinets, door hardware, bath, and kitchen trim outs. - Completion of the scope of work with paint and stain grade - Drywall installation with finish and or textures - Installation of tiles and flooring touch-ups - Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed - Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements - Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items - Layout floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible - Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated - Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance - Build scaffolding and other construction structures - Manage a team of Punch List Carpenters and Helpers - Maintain and follow all OSHA safety requirements Skills - Proven experience as a carpenter - Ability to clearly communicate instructions, manage and supervise a team of Punch List Carpenters - Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials - Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction - Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.) - Ability to read technical documents and drawings - Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times - Must speak English, Spanish is a plus - Good understanding of basic math - Good physical condition and endurance Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of Lead Carpentry Experience - High school diploma - Must have your own tools - Reliable transportation - Must have a driver's license - Own Basic Hand Tools Benefits Medical Denta Vision 401K + Matching Company Vehicle Fuel Card Apply Today and start ASAP 720-295-4493 -Che- Core Block
