Nah he won't run, the Cabal planned on pulling all their triggers on this first run. Their timeline got all screwed up by the 2016 election, so now they're in overdrive and they've overplayed their hand. The masks are off (no pun) and the vast majority of the WORLD sees this corrupt establishment for exactly what it is. Even NATO is going to fade. The way things are going now, they have to pull some pretty drastically destructive moves to have any chance of maintaining their power. I foresee a grid shut down within the next year - it's all they have left. Stock up on food and bullets, we're in for a rough ride before things get better... but they will.
