Need a concrete cutting guy

I bought a 4" lolly that needs to be cut and put into the basement for strength. There is also L-iron that needs to be installed above the lolly and attached to the wood beam. I have attached a picture of the lobby and the L-iron. What you would need to do: 1. Cut the basement floor, literally cut a whole in the concrete which is about 4" thick. 2. Dig out and pour a bed in the dirt underneath. 3. Put the lolly in and pour concrete around it. 4. Attach the L-iron between the lolly and the beam and screw it in.
