Must love horses. We need an extra pair of hands to help with 1 horse and 2 minis. This job would be great for an equestrian/cowgirl/boy who can feed, pick/clean stalls, and help with turnout. Great for someone on summer vacation too or who has a flexible schedule. It is an as needed basis initially and can grow into part-time potentially. Requirements: Must be able to hand-walk horses to turnout, clean a stall, water horses, and be located in the Folsom/Covington area with your own transportation. This is the schedule: morning feeding between 6:30-7:30, with a turnout for 2-3 hours sometime during the day depending on weather, feeding at 1, and then 4:30-5:30 another feeding and then bring in the mini horses at 8 and one last feeding. If you can't do all of this, but can meet MOST of these times.. that would work! Let's discuss. Pay will be discussed in-person upon an interview and meet n' greet. We don't just want anyone, we want someone who is open to slowly taking this on, learning the ropes, and eventually helping as the business grows.
