2022 Community Mosaic Project: Healing from the Ashes Following the tragic aftermath of loss and devastation from the Marshall Fire, Colorado Mosaic Artists (CMA) will offer a free mosaic-building workshop that could provide a bit of healing for anyone affected by the Marshall Fire. WHEN: Friday or Saturday, Aug 19 & 20. This is a drop-in event between 10am and 2pm, and your mini-mosaic will likely only take an hour or so WHERE: Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 506 W. Via Appia Way, Louisville, CO 80027 WHAT: Create a small 5” x 7” Memory Mosaic using small remainders of fire debris (dishes, melted metal or glass, other bits up to 1” – 2” in size, etc.) WHO: Anyone affected by the devastating fire can participate and will be joined by volunteer Colorado Mosaic Artists to help as needed.
