At the most, they have demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump committed crimes against the United States by calling for and encouraging the insurrection to overturn and full and fair election that he lost and by doing nothing about the insurrection for 3 hours when his supporters violently invaded the Capitol. The Justice Department should should empanel a special Grand Jury and indict Trump for crimes against the United States.
