I need some work done on various rental houses that I own. Houses in Stafford, Prince William, Manassas, Fairfax and Orange counties. A few tasks for starters, but could grow into a steady job. Must be willing to accept a 1099. I pay quickly, because I want people who do good work for me to be happy with me. You must have transportation and tools. Any experience is good, but plumbing, electric, heating, air conditioning, appliance repair, roofing, painting, drywall, carpentry, fix-up between tenants is always useful.
