Off Leash Dog Park Dog/Puppy Wrangler We have part time and some full time opportunities for college students, individuals needing extra income, recent high school graduates. We need reliable employees with a strong work ethic, reliable transportation and flexible availability. This job is physically demanding at times, does require you to be on your feet as well as requiring an ability to lift at least 60 lbs and control dogs. Possibility for permanent placement or advancement to shift leader/supervisor for qualified and motivated candidates Main duties will include: - Being outdoors managing groups of dogs in play situations and with various group behavior and dynamics to avoid any injuries. - Cleaning play areas (outdoors and indoors). - Ensuring dogs go home clean and well exercised Other duties include: - Mopping floors - Feeding - Some dog bathing - Deep cleaning/scrubbing of facility - Interacting with clients via phone and in person greetings, - Assisting dog trainers (training provided). Candidates are expected to be reliable team players with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Opportunities for advancement are also available for the best candidates. Pay is based on experience and demonstrated initiative. Starting pay $12 per hour with raise to $15 after 90 days based on job performance and reliability. knowledge and love of dogs, strong customer service skills as well as strong telephone and computer skills.
